    • Assist in the operational and administrative aspects of all region-marketing efforts: promotional campaigns, media placements, and merchandising. This includes coordinating with the global marketing resources in the development, design, production, inventory planning and rollout of all merchandising and marketing support materials as well as filing required forms to facilitate payment to various suppliers in the region
    • Provide support in the implementation of initiatives by coordinating with cross-functional region team as well as global marketing and sales teams, following through on all mechanics
    • Anticipate potential problems and issues in the implementation, and proactively adjust mechanics in order to ensure flawless execution of all plans
    • Assist in the inventory planning, production, deployment and monitoring of all field marketing campaign materials and field sales support merchandising materials
    • Assist the theatrical operations implementation for the region in coordination with various product stakeholders
    • The RMS is expected to assist in providing reports of such information relating to products and services, competition, market trends and pricing and must be able to create marketing presentations
    • Assist in preparing/updating monthly marketing initiative report including promotion performance updates, post-evaluation report and merchandising
    • Assist in collecting market intelligence on product preference, customers’ attitude, competitors and market opportunities


    • Fully assists the Ad Sales teams via the creation of advertiser GTMS of network initiatives, pitch presentations and other creative requirements of advertisers such as mockups, AVPs, etc.
    • Conceptualizes customized creative buys (in program and commercial gap executions) for advertisers after understanding an advertiser's product/campaign brief - and even in the absence thereof
    • Determines feasibility of concepts through knowledge of the different platform parameters - coordinates with platforms/products/LOBs on the feasibility of the concepts for advertisers
    • Applies thorough knowledge of production process which includes but is not limited to pre and post-production, shooting, editing, airing and implementation
    • Assists in coordinating shoots and provides creative and technical input whenever necessary
    • Understands and complies with the level of confidentiality of client projects given that he/she handles and manages advertisers who may be competing with each other
    • Assists in planning and implementation of roadshows, tradeshows, etc.


    • Gather relevant data about customers and potential consumers
    • Collect market and customer information and break it down in a meaningful way
    • Use market/customer data to identify market trends or to find areas of need that are not currently being met
    • Provide reports about sales trends and projections and areas for potential development
    • Provide a detailed and complete understanding of customer bases including product profiles from customer databases
    • Identify & resolve data quality issues and manage the relevant relationships between the company and third party suppliers
    • Develop a thorough understanding of the customer data available to maximize the benefit of customer insight over simple product reporting
    • Understand business unit requirements and advise the best way to fulfil these with the data and tools available
    • Investigate data necessary to achieve desired business outcome


    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related courses
    • At least 3 years experience within the sales, marketing or advertising function, with exposure and good grasp of media planning, creatives and production; at least 2 years of digital marketing/advertising background
    • Preferably with exposure to the telecommunication or media/cable industries (i.e., subscription-based business) and/or experience working in events or advertising agencies
    • Has experience in customer data analysis
    • Familiarity with marketing disciplines and particularly CRM to aid understanding and delivery of business objectives
    • Ability to multi-task; work under pressure and on tight deadlines; and meet deadlines on multiple projects.
    • Effectively manages multiple relationships and interactions at any given time, including supporting multiple Direct Managers
    • Excellent interpersonal skills across internal team members, customers, dealers and other third-party vendors, groups or partners.

    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Photoshop
