BUSINESS SUMMARY

With its range of content spanning from various passions and interests catering to a vast number of viewers, the Creative Programs, Inc. (CPI) team has continued to be the leading content creator for the affluent Filipino viewers.  The subsidiary has two main functions namely, it (1) manages, operates and delivers channels as well as it (2) promotes the CPI channels to cable operators exploring the new leverages on new revenue opportunities through their channel distribution section.

CPI continues to cater to a particular target audience producing programs such as Hero and Balls to Lifestyle Network, Myx, Jeepney and their still number one cable channel in the country, Cinema One.  These programs are carefully managed, combining foreign acquired programs and local productions.  Aside from delivering the most-awaited programs, shows, and teleseryes, CPI has also continued to excel in mounting events which the advertisers and viewers have highly anticipated.  Such programs would include Lifestyle Network's Summer Soul, Myx Mo by Myx, Cinema One Originals and Hero's Face Off.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    Position Summary
    Create and implement promotional campaigns that increase customer satisfaction and earnings in alignment with the Metro Brand’s Marketing strategy for Metro.Style and Metro magazines and the ANC X Marketing strategy. He or she will also supervise a team.

    Duties and Responsibilities
    Customer Satisfaction:
    1. Create and implement effective 360 marketing promo initiatives for assigned LES brand (i.e Metro brand, etc.) based on the brand’s objectives, Marketing strategy, and budget to increase affinity and brand following
     
    Earnings Improvement:
    1. Work with the Brand’s Business Manager to create unique and creative events that will strengthen and drive revenue for the brand
    2. Lead the smooth and organized implementation of events that will ensure customer satisfaction, this includes:
    1. Creation of CE and P&L for the event
    2. Closing event deals
    3. Sponsors execution
    1. Mount events within the approved budget; initiate ways to keep costs within budget (strategic partnerships, barter deals, etc.)
     
    Re-engineering the Business Process:
    1. Maximize daily output through effective time management
    2. Create a system to organize and implement deliverables efficiently, minimize delays, prevent unnecessary expense and avoid customer dissatisfaction.
     
    Synergy
    1. Initiate cross-promotion opportunities and brand alliances across ABS –CBN platforms and other partners that will aid in marketing assigned LES brand related events and products.
     

REQUIREMENTS

    Qualifications
     
    • Graduate of Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing or any Marketing-related course
    • At least 1 year of previous work related experience required, but 2 years of previous work experience is preferred
    • With excellent interpersonal skills, time management and organizational skills, multitasking skills, verbal and written communication skill
    • Able to work in a team fostered environment         
    • Able to thrive under pressure and adapt to flexible schedule
    • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
