    The Media Asset Inventory Specialist ensures general content inventory management associated with audio visual storage, cataloging of materials for One OTT.  Handles the archiving of materials and processes of various media transactions.   This will include tasks such as logging, cataloging and research (in coordination with Content Acquisition group) of current and archived program and movie titles.
    Major Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Cataloging of media assets
    • Collecting and curating of media inventory (in partnership with Content Acquisition group)
    • Updating and monitoring of all media windowing timelines
    • Responding to internal requests regarding media inventory
    • Consults/checks various sources to determine accuracy of catalogs
    • Creating media labels for upcoming Original Content events
    • Prepares accomplishment and status reports and ensures that deadlines are met
    • Generates monthly reports of content count (for all content types)
      • Content types - music tracks, music concerts, movies, programs (current and archived), live channels, program episodes
    • Triggers content team for media that inventory lacks
    • Tracks memos and agreements between Content Acquisition group and various content owners
    • Publishing of Media Assets (Banners and worlds/section) on the website via Content Management System


    • At least 1 year relevant experience in digital archiving, media asset management and library management 
    • Graduate of Mass Communication, Media Arts or any related course
    • Excellent oral and written skills
    • Possesses editorial judgment
    • Keen with details and can analyze data
    • Familiar with various content formats and personalities
    • Can handle projects
    • Flexible and can work under pressure, with minimum supervision
