    • Working with the LOBs/client to understand the client's business objectives and advertising strategy
    • Liaising with the creative team, clients and consumer research to develop media strategies and campaigns
    • Making decisions on the best form of media for specific clients and campaigns
    • Identifying target audiences and analyzing their characteristics, behavior and media habits
    • Preparation and presentation of detailed media plans & proposals, including cost & schedule to clients
    • Implementation and monitoring of detailed media plans
    • Co-manages set of accounts and manages own accounts, both on-air and online.
    • Liaising with external advertising partners, ensuring to get new solutions/updates to pitch to clients
    • Lead SEM campaigns and other Performance Marketing campaigns
    • Works closely with DMD for proper tracking of drive-to-site campaigns 
    • Provide assistance to the Media Planning Head in influencing LOBs/clients to expand campaigns to Digital and other non-traditional media channels
    • Periodic: Initiate regular Performance Reports (post-buys for traditional buys, weekly for digital), Competitive Activities, Trend Spotting, and Yearend Media Reviews
    • Lead other projects as identified by Head of Media Services in relation to the company’s strategic pillars or initiatives


    • Graduate of Business or Math related course
    • At least 3 years of related experience
    • Must have people management / workload management experience
    • Must be proficient in basic computer programs like word, excel and power point
    • Must be good in oral and written communication
    • Must be a fast learner and team player
    • Can work under pressure
    • Analytical, able to work with data and analyze it to find insights and recommend next steps
    • Fundamental understanding of Media Planning/Buying, both traditional and digital
    • Ability to track key measurements of campaign success
