CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT |

Design and layout communication materials for online, on-air and on-ground use |
Artcards, e-mailers, GIFs, web banners, skins, on-air idents, etc. |

Create and animate custom illustrations or other graphic elements, artcards and templates needed for print, online and video production |
Design/look templates (both static and motion graphics) - at least 2 studies per project, and render final art |

Lead the compositing /editing/rendering of audio-visual materials (when necessary) |
Render TVCs/plugs that are graphics-heavy based on client brief |

Produce sketches or "storyboards" for TVCs, or "roughs" to communicate ideas to the client/team |

Come up with original ideas in response to a brief from client; generating creative ideas and concepts to fulfill the advertising needs of the client |

Work on location and attend TVC shoots |

Manage own accounts and projects, working within budget and scheduling requirements |
Maintain a regular design/art calendar and provide a regular update on the status of each deliverable. Create an approval matrix with provisions for multiple revisions. |

Adopt a flexible approach to working hours - long hours are often required to meet the needs of the clients |

Ensure that deadlines are met and can work effectively under pressure. |
