RESPONSIBILITIES

    POSITION SUMMARY 

    The Multimedia Graphics Specialist uses graphic design, video editing, web development software and web applications to create content for the News Business Services Group.
     
    The job includes creating infographics, art cards, thumbnails, advertising materials, animation and other multimedia executions that are used in various initiatives.
     

    MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

    • Responsible for conceptualizing and producing multimedia executions of the division’s product offering;
    • Develop briefings, brochures, multimedia presentations, promotional products, technical illustrations, and computer artwork for use in products, technical manuals, literature, newsletters and slide shows;
    • Turn creative ideas into tangible outputs, such as storyboards, 2D/3D illustrations, social media art cards, etc., by using appropriate design programs and software tools to properly interpret website/campaign/project direction and need;
    • Abreast with digital and technology activations, latest video trends, mobile apps, and technological advancements that the department can use
    • Ensure accuracy of visual elements as well as its adherence to the ABS-CBN Standards Ethics and Manual
    • Participates in brainstorming sessions 

REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or related courses
    • With at least 2 years hands-on experience in video production and editing
    • Experience in marketing and advertising is an advantage
