BUSINESS SUMMARY

ABS-CBN Corporation is the Philippines' leading information and entertainment multimedia conglomerate. The Company is primarily involved in television and radio broadcasting, as well as in the production of television and radio programming for domestic and international audiences and other related businesses. ABS-CBN produces a wide variety of engaging, world-class entertainment programs that are aired on free-to-air television.

The Company is also one of the leading radio broadcasters, operating eighteen radio stations throughout the key cities of the Philippines. ABS-CBN provides news and entertainment programming for nine channels on cable TV and operates the country's largest cable TV service provider. The Company also owns the leading-cinema and music production and distribution outfits in the country. It brings its content to worldwide audiences via cable, satellite, online and mobile.

The Company has interests in content development and production, cable and satellite television services, merchandising and licensing, mobile and online multimedia services, glossy magazine publishing, video and audio post production, and overseas services, all of which complement and enhance ABS-CBN's strength in content production and distribution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Stakeholder Management
      1. Orientation - provide orientation to E-learning course takers, their immediate superior, and their respective HR Business Partner. This includes, but is not limited to orienting enrollees on E-learning enrollments, how-tos, training policies, guidelines, and E-learning classroom event schedules.
      2. Technical Support - provide technical support to E-learning course takers. Escalation of critical incidents to Technical Lead, and to IT as applicable.
    2. LMS Administration:
      1. User Account Management - create, edit, and suspend user accounts to the Learning Management System.
      2. Enrollment Management - create, monitor, update, and delete user enrollments to E-learning courses. Capture and escalate content-related feedback to the respective University Team and/or Subject-Matter-Experts.
    3. Classroom Event Scheduling - coordinate E-learning classroom events
    4. E-learning Records Managment - ensure completeness and accuracy of enrollee data and enrollment records. Encode records as necessary in a timely manner.
    5. Marketing and Communications Support - provide input for creation of E-learning marketing initiatives. Support E-learning marketing initiatives to business units.
    6. Training policy enforcement - communication of E-learning policy incidents to University Management.
    7. Training Documentation
      1. Recording - record video documentation of company learning sessions, as the need arises.
      2. Video Catalog Management - manage the viedo catalogue of all documented learning sessions along with their supporting documents or materials.
    8. Perform any other function related to the foregoing; and
    9. Accomplish all abovementioned tasks in line with standard process flow and timelines

REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in relevant work experience.
    • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.
    • Skills: Understanding of digital platforms and their respective models & disciplines (video, mobile, social, tablet); project management skills, with ability to organize and execute multiple projects under tight deadlines
