    • Research content creators and recruit them to the Chicken Pork Adobo network
    • Manage multiple content creators and their respective channels across the network
    • Devise and communicate growth strategies for assigned channels
    • Build strong relationships with partnered content creators
    • Provide timely and consistent communication to managed creators
    • Analyze and report on viewership and audience growth across hundreds of channels
    • Make content strategy recommendations supported by YouTube Analytics and Tubular data insights
    • Work with the optimization team to implement YouTube best practices in all of the videos across the channels
    • Drive creative approaches to devising impactful campaign strategies at varying budget tiers and across a range of content verticals involving the content creators
    • Keep abreast of changes to YouTube platform


    • Candidates must be a graduate of Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing or other related fields
    • At least 2 years of related experience in talent/artist relations, public relations and/or marketing
    • Must possess good understanding of digital platforms and their respective models & disciplines (video, mobile, social, tablet)
    • Must have excellent copywriting, editing, proofreading, and project management skills
    • Must have media or content development experience
    • Must be exceedingly independent and pro-active
    • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
    • Intermediate graphic design skills and video editing skills are a plus
    • Training or certification in YouTube platform strategies is a plus
    • Advanced PowerPoint skills
