RESPONSIBILITIES

    The Operations Support Specialist will be in charge of tasks for logistics and quality assurance.  Specialist will work closely with the third party warehousing partner overseeing and managing the smooth functioning of warehouse transactions.  He must ensure that the processes are strictly monitored and he coordinates with the Logistics Specialist for inventory handling and monitoring.
    Principal Responsibilities:
    • Oversees testing of new set top boxes and accessories
    • Conducts orientation and training to technicians and personnel for QA and Bundling
    • Monitors day to day warehouse processes and output
    • Checks inventory movement relative to warehouse transactions
    • Coordinates with the supplier for any changes or improvements related to set-top boxes
    • Handles set top box and accessory related concerns escalated by Customer Care
    • In-charge of checking quality of returned units for reissuances to partners
    • Manages relationship with logistics partnes
    • Coordinates with third part partners like suppliers and logistics partners for Ops transactions
    • Conduct periodic audits for the group
    • Provides recommendation to improve the warehousing operations
    • Prepares regular report on warehouse output and inventory levels

     

REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's Degree Holder
    • Has a minimum of 2 years experience in Technical Support and Supply Chain Management
    • Willing to be assigned in warehouse and willing to do field work
    • With experience in handling 3rd party Logistics
    • Has in-depth knowledge of Technical QA
    • Has good communications skills (both written and oral, in English and in Filipino)
    • Has strong interpersonal skills
    • Has good and effective organizational skills
    • Able to learn quickly and to adapt to changes
    • Knows how to multitask and prioritize at the same time
    • Is accountable to his/her own words and actions
    • Attentive to details
    • Has willingness to work independently or with a group
