    • Lead, assist, coordinate, and/or provide support for the design and implementation of OD projects and initiatives.
    • Lead, assist, coordinate, and/or provide support for the design and implementation of corporate interventions related to culture shaping, change management, leadeship development, integration, and strategy implementation.
    • Research, study, deisgn, recommend, and/or implement the appropriate interventions based on sound organizational diagnoses.
    • Design OD methods, tools & templates.
    • Serves as an internal consultant to the HR Accounts and Line Manager through coaching, facilitation, and other OD services.


    • TECHNICAL: Organization Development theories and process, Change Management, Organization Design, Group Process, Instructional Design, Learning Delivery
    • COMPUTER: MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint); Adobe Creative Suite and Statistical Tools (preferred)
    • COMMUNICATION: Proficient in English and Filipino & oral and written
    • OTHERS: Strong project & time management, presentation, facilitation, & OD consulting and client-servicing skills; Creative; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • CHARACTER TRAITS: Values teaching and learning; Highly organized and meticulous; Can relate to all levels of the organization; team player; trustworthy; committed; High personal mastery
    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Industrial), Human Resource Management, Psychology, Social Science/Sociology or equivalent.
    • Required skill(s): organization development, change management, Manpower planning.
    • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City.
    • Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Organization Development or equivalent.
