    Position Summary:

    The Partnership Officer source and forge partnership with Employers, Manpower Agencies for  the website.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Sourcing and forging partnership with Employers, Recruitment Heads, Manpower Agencies
    • Implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
    • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
    • Understanding and promoting company programs.
    • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
    • Deliver target number of partners and job placements
    • Deliver required sales credits from partners
    • Assist the Head of Digital TV in delivering monthly and yearly targets.


    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant work experience.
    • 1 year previous work related experience required.  2 years of previous work related experience preferred.
    • Excellent Presentation Skills
    • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
    • Computer skills including Microsoft Office applications. 
    • Demonstrated excellence in time management skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
    • Ability to work in a team fostered environment
    • Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment.
    • Ability to prioritize and organize work.
    • Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.
