    Position Summary
    A Post Production Associate has a variety of administrative and technical tasks such as coordinating with Creative and Production department for the scripts, schedules, deliveries and etc. Furthermore, she is expected to assist in studio-related tasks, which include dubbing, editing, listing down revisions, instructions and corrections, and reporting status of the dubbing and editing to the Post Prod Supervisor.
    Duties and Responsibilities
    • Coordinates with the Creative Assistant of the project for a copy of the script, one liner and master schedules of the project.
    • Coordinates with Production Assistant and Legman for a copy of cast directory.
    • Coordinates with handlers, managers, cast for schedule of dubbing.
    • Coordinates with the post host for schedules of editing, viewing, dubbing, music lay-in and mixing.
    • Check status of rushes being prepared by the Assistant Editor and report technical problems to the Post Prod Supervisor.
    • Assist in giving instructions to the dubbing supervisor regarding corrections and additional in dubbing.
    • Stays in the studio during dubbing to make sure that dubbing corrections and instructions are being followed.
    • Stays in the editing with the director and management to list down instructions and corrections.
    • Reports status of dubbing and editing to the Post Prod Supervisor.
    • Stays in the studio during music and mixing approval to list down corrections/revisions.
    • Coordinate with the post production house (3rd party supplier) with regards to the status of optical, titles, vfx, colorgrading, dcp mastering and dcp preparation.
    • Follow up Colorist of the post production house (3rd party supplier) for schedules of grading/colortiming.
    • Assist the Post Prod Supervisor during pick-up and delivery of stocks needed for mastering and replication.
    • Attend to the viewing of DOP, Director, Producer & other staff involve in the post production house (3rd party supplier) and theaters.
    • Assist the Post Prod Supervisor during releasing of dcp drives for distribution.
    • Assist the Post Prod Supervisor during dcp and sound checking in the Premiere Night/Special Screening (prior to the event and during the event).


    • Graduate of Mass Communication, Multimedia, Film or any related course.
    • Preferably with background in the Entertainment or Media Industry.
    • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
    • Able to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
