The Company is primarily involved in television and radio broadcasting, as well as in the production of television and radio programming for domestic and international audiences and other related businesses. The Company is also one of the leading radio broadcasters, operating eighteen radio stations throughout the key cities of the Philippines. RESPONSIBILITIES

    Position Summary 
    Head, PR Accounts will be responsible for leading and implementing PR strategies and plans that promote key initiatives and and strategies of the business units assigned. He/She also serves as one of the key media contacts and representatives for the business.
     
    Duties and Responsibilities
    • Develops, implements, and monitors public relations plans to support the business strategies.
    • Plans, conceptualizes, and develops the necessary multimedia PR tools such as, but not limited to press releases, statements, fact sheets, backgrounders, video releases, social media art cards, media advisories
    • Manage issues and crisis communications through mainstream and social media 
    • Proactively spots media opportunities and stories.
    • Tracks results of PR campaigns and create reports.
    • Able to work under pressure and demonstrate high standards of leadership, organization, attention to detail, and analytical skills

REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's degree holder in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or equivalent.
    • At least 10 years of solid work experience in PR handling publicity, issues management, crisis communications, and stakeholder communications
    • Extensive work experience in lifestyle, sports, and business PR accounts management will be an advantage.
    • Knowledge and experience in handling service industry accounts will be an advantage.
    • Able to plan, conceptualize, and/or develop various multimedia PR tools such as, but not limited to press releases, statements, fact sheets, backgrounders, video releases, social media art cards, media advisories
    • Manage issues and crisis communications through mainstream and social media 
    • Outstanding editorial skills in English and Filipino.
    • Strong multitasking, interpersonal, and analytical skills required.
    • Sharp nose for news and editorial skills.
    • Focus and results-oriented.
