iCONNECT CONVERGENCE INC. (iCONN) is a customer service and relationship management consulting and outsourcing business powered by ABS-CBN Corporation to serve its customers and that of its subsidiaries and affiliates.

We provide technical and non-technical customer service and relationship management functions, such as but not limited to directory and information assistance, sales generation, order-taking, telecollection, cross-selling, up-selling, telemarketing for the purpose of promoting and advertising products and services, requests and inquiries handling, sales fulfilment and payment facilitation, whether for itself or for other parties.

    The process engineer’s role involves designing, aligning, controlling and continuously improving processes and system performance on the client level. He/she also ensures that there’s a healthy interdependence and interaction amongst processes. He/she should be able to diagnose the existing condition of processes, identify areas for improvement and apply actions to correct, prevent and continuously improve its performance. 


    • Graduate of B.S. Math, B.S Statistics or any engineering courses.
    • Experience in leading or participating in Six Sigma projects or other process improvement initiatives is required
    • Experienced in data gathering, presentation and analysis
    • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Power point
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred but not required.
    • Knowledge in Minitab is preferred but not required.
