RESPONSIBILITIES
The process engineer’s role involves designing, aligning, controlling and continuously improving processes and system performance on the client level. He/she also ensures that there’s a healthy interdependence and interaction amongst processes. He/she should be able to diagnose the existing condition of processes, identify areas for improvement and apply actions to correct, prevent and continuously improve its performance.
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate of B.S. Math, B.S Statistics or any engineering courses.
- Experience in leading or participating in Six Sigma projects or other process improvement initiatives is required
- Experienced in data gathering, presentation and analysis
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Power point
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge in Minitab is preferred but not required.
