The Company has interests in content development and production, cable and satellite television services, merchandising and licensing, mobile and online multimedia services, glossy magazine publishing, video and audio post production, and overseas services, all of which complement and enhance ABS-CBN's strength in content production and distribution.


    • Define, drive and execute implementation plan of the product(s) based on a deep understanding of both technology capabilities and their business strategies.
    • Engages with Business Units to uncover and define business and technology needs, and propels projects designed to fulfill them.
    • Gather and analyze feedback from sales, marketing, operations and partners/prospects to set the strategic vision for existing products and development of new products.
    • Coordinates with the Product Development Group and or third party suppliers for occasional alignment and communication regarding product specification and requirements.
    • Manage the execution of consumer research to further support rationale for product development and positioning within the marketplace.
    • Help with the creation of the business plan - including project charter.definition and scope, target market, value proposition, delivery channels, devices, platforms, revenue channels, monitoring process and future product direction.
    • Direct our internal process to define the product strategy, roadmap and priorities.
    • Research, develop & implement a best process or best practice strategy for new product development, launch and analysis.
    • Develop requirements documents and use cases for new product features.


    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree, Marketing or equivalent.
    • Excellent communication, project management and coordination skills.
    • At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Experience in companies like True Money, Union Bank, Security Bank (digital banking) and other similar businesses is a plus.
    • Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Marketing/Business development or equivalent.
    • Must have a background in Brand/Product Management, Financial Management, Marketing Research and Computer Operations in FinTech or Digital Consumer Tech Services (e.g. mobile app based businesses).
    • Experience with systems and business process to support new product introductions highly preferred.
