    The Production Assistant files, organizes and sorts all material tape assets, telecast guides, scripts and other production records. He/she will assist in coordinating the production/technical/logistics work and requirements of the assigned program, be it taped or live, as assigned by the Executive Producer / Immediate Superior.
    1. Prepares and submits AV materials for digital ingestion (non-linear editing/mastering);
    2. Researches file video materials needed by the producers;
    3. Dubs and banks all relevant video materials;
    4. Logs and monitors use of all sd cards, hard drives
    5. Assists the team during pre-production, actual production and post production to ensure that various production and technical elements enhance the program’s concept through appropriate audio and visual elements;
    6. Prepares, routes and submits the Technical Facilities and Personnel Order (TFPO);
    7. Submits the telecast tapes and guide to the TOC;
    8. In collaboration with the team and Immediate Superior, supervises technical/logistics work during pre-production, actual production, and post-production and responsible for safekeeping of storage materials (CF, SD, Micro SD, Hard drives) during shoot;
    9. Attends and actively participates in the weekly brainstorming meetings and submits viable topics/story suggestions for future episodes; ready to multi-task or perform other researcher work assigned by the Executive Producer/Immediate Superior.


    Preferably with a degree in Mass Communication / Journalism / or any related course.
