ABS-CBN Corporation is the Philippines' leading information and entertainment multimedia conglomerate. The Company is primarily involved in television and radio broadcasting, as well as in the production of television and radio programming for domestic and international audiences and other related businesses. ABS-CBN produces a wide variety of engaging, world-class entertainment programs that are aired on free-to-air television.

The Company is also one of the leading radio broadcasters, operating eighteen radio stations throughout the key cities of the Philippines. ABS-CBN provides news and entertainment programming for nine channels on cable TV and operates the country's largest cable TV service provider. RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Performs custodianship functions as required by the unit assigned to:
      • Validate requests and coordinate with TV Prod or TOD or concerned division when needed
      • Perform physical receipt and issuance of equipment
      • Maintenance of office area orderliness and cleanliness
      • Opening and closing Floor Aread
      • Monitoring of Warehouse activities
    • Monitors warehouse personnel to ensure proper processing, documentation, handling and storage of equipment
    • Generates, prepares and reviews transactional reports and presentations needed by the section
    • Reviews and evaluates all RMS transactions and paper transactions in the warehouse operations of the assigned unit,
    • Conducts physical inventory of equipment under custody of the section
    • Assists in inventory planning and control activities to:
      • Identify and address risks and problems in the operational procedures.
      • Detect inadequacies in current system and suggest improvements.
      • Identify and recommend action to be taken on assets that may be redeployed, retired or disposed.
    • Recommend and implement section's policies, procedures and guidelines
    • Performs any other function that may be assigned

REQUIREMENTS

    • Graduate of any Bachelor's degree
    • 1-2 of years experience in warehousing or as Warehouse/ Inventor
    • Basic Computer Operations, oral and written communication skills
