RESPONSIBILITIES

    POSITION SUMMARY:
     
    The Project Manager will play a key role in the planning, rollout, orchestration and management of ABS CBN Global digital projects, products and services.  As a key influencer of the product development and project management process, he/she will be responsible for ensuring the timely launches of projects across ABSCBN Global and its regions.
     
    Coordination with support groups, partners and stakeholders is involved.  This person will take the lead in orchestrating project milestones and making available all pertinent data, documents, and other resources involved in the overall project plan. 
     
    Major Duties and Responsibilities:
     
    1. Manage and orchestrate the on-time, within budget and quality delivery of project deliverables project/product/service management process from start to launch 
    2. Communicate project approach, clear deliverables, roles and expectations and collaborate with support groups and stakeholders (Tech, CRM, Region, Legal, Finance, Other partners)
    3. Create structured schedules, and project plans based on the project goals, resources needed, potential risks, time to market, budget constraints, dependencies, as well as, possible issues across teams.
    4. Use a project dashboard to document projects that are currently underway and those on the backlog, with their priority according to the overall business objective
    5. Through this dashboard, ensure that all necessary information about the assigned digital project (such as deadlines, deliverables, resources and priorities) are readily available to all concerned parties including the Digital Enterprise Head, the Program Mgt Head, the PMO, the Project Owners, etc
    6. Provide regular project updates to all relevant stakeholders
    7. Utilize tools in analyzing project performance and risks
    8. Conduct Project Post Mortem, work with the Product Head in providing post production support and stabilizing the product, handsover the product and all related documentation to Product Head
    9. Compile and document all project/product related information

    1. Identify sound, strategic and creative solutions that will enable delivery of project milestones
    2. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
    3. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
    4. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
     
    Scope of Management Responsibilities:
     
    1. Manage cross-functional teams, project critical path and dependencies
    2. Track project milestones and deliverables
    3. Build, develop and grow project team relationships vital to the success of the product/service
    4. Develop project reporting templates and presentations and be able to articulate these in business reviews and meetings
    5. Assist PMO head and Product Heads for special requirements and reports 
    6. Be able to observe full implementation of SLAs

REQUIREMENTS

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, ComSci, Advertising, Technology or Communications
    • Minimum Experience of 5 years in Account, Brand or Project Management, preferably in an Agency, Telco or Content Provider environment
    • Knowledgeable in Mobile and Web Technologies
    • Proven people management skills
    • Experienced in partner/business-building relations
    • ITIL and other PM Certification is preferred
    • Team-oriented, highly creative and organized
    • Excellent presentation development and verbal skills
    • Welcome risks and relevant change with an open mindset
