    The Promotions Coordinator collaborates with the Promotions Head in developing event promotion strategies. He/she executes the necessary creative, strategic, and administrative support to event promotion strategies that boost brand perceptions and in turn increase event profitability.

    • Monitors advertising and promotional campaigns.
    • Creates event promotional materials.
    • Provides market research on consumer behavior to improve client communications and promotions.
    • Provides post-event reports to management to analyze the promotions strengths and weakness for the improvement of future events.
    • Builds a network of national and regional retail partners (e.g. supermarkets, sari-sari stores, drug stores, etc.)

    • Represents ABS-CBN Integrated Events and manages its brand perception and image when dealing with clients.
    • Maintains existing client relationships for future partnerships.
    • Monitors the internal coordination with Corporate Communications, Integrated Sales, Legal, Finance, etc. for the execution of event promotions requirements.
    • Assists the Promotions Head in developing promotional strategies that are aligned with ABS-CBN’s company branding strategies.
    • Coordinates with government offices for promotions permits and other requirements.
    • Coordinates with CRM in building customer relations and populating our database.


    • Bachelor’s Degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or equivalent in relevant work experience
    • At least 2 years related previous work experience
    • Photo and video editing skills is required
    • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
    • Excellent time management skills
    • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
