    Recruitment Administration and Report Generation:      
    • Provide assistance to the Corporate Recruitment Head in the scheduling, coordination and preparation of logistical needs for various internal and external meetings and executive candidate interviews.         
    • Receive, record and monitor staffing requisition form requests and endorse them to respective Recruitment POCs.       
    • Manage and maintain a repository of templates, documents, tools and files of the department.    
    • Provide administration and maintenance to various corporate recruitment mailboxes  
    • Prepare weekly Recruiter Activity Report.        
    • Prepare weekly Recruitment update for Hiring Managers.        
    • Provide daily, weekly and monthly statistical reports to appropriate channels and recipients as appropriate.         
    • Collate and generate performance reports and distributes them on a timely manner.        
    • Audit reports and uses available resources to confirm accuracy.
    Recruitment Processing 
    • Search, recruit, and screen job applicants to fill existing company job openings through effective communication with the SSC Recruiting Team and the appropriate HR Account POCs and Hiring Managers.
    • Manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruitment.
    • Confer with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and document detailed search assignments to ensure an understanding of job duties and responsibilities and business requirements. 
    • Confer with Corporate Recruitment Management to identify planning strategies and search assignments.        
    • Review resumes, credentials and qualifications for appropriate skills, experience and knowledge of candidates in relation to position requirements.         
    • Provide complete, accurate and inspiring information to candidates about the company and the position.         
    • Conduct screening interviews, create shortlists for hiring managers, coordinate interviews and manage all scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers. 
    • Conduct thorough candidate reference checks.         
    • Manage and coordinate all communications with candidates.        
    • Set and manage candidate expectations and prepare them for interview with the hiring managers.
    • Review the hiring managers' interview assessment, conduct post-interview debrief/feedback and take appropriate action when warranted.          
    • Prepare contracts and offer letters for promotion or lateral transfers.          
    • Extend offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of the hiring managers and within the guidelines of the company's policy.         
    • Perform administrative tasks to complete candidates' on-boarding process e.g. turn-over of documents and paperwork to HR, create online employee records, and send on-boarding notices to hiring managers.          
    • Conduct follow-up calls and quality-improvement studies/surveys with hiring managers and new hires.         
    • Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit as required.    
    • Work cooperatively with all members of the team to develop and implement appropriate staffing plans and recruitment strategies for recruitment.          
    • Develop and maintain excellent working relations within the HR and Business Unit Teams.       
    • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers, vendors and team members to build credibility and to create partnerships that yield successes.        
    • Regularly visit all hiring manager departments to develop a thorough understanding of the department culture.          
    • Use effective communication approaches that include proactively keeping others informed, appropriately expressing ideas and thoughts verbally and in written form in a timely manner.   
    • Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in cutting edge, state-of-the-art recruiting practices.       
    • Maintain knowledge of recruitment strategies by attending workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.         
    • Make recommendations to implement improved processes.      
    • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
    • Conduct various marketing and sourcing activities to meet manpower requirements of the company.  
    • Implements marketing plans while creating more opportunities for brand activation and other sourcing channels.          
    • Develop creative and cost-effective marketing and sourcing strategies.         
    • Source candidates for each open positions as well as leverage online recruiting resources and in-house applicant tracking systems to identify qualified candidates.     
    • Build and maintain a strong and effective candidate pipeline possessing key talent potentially available for immediate hiring or for succession planning.   
    • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.     
    • Create job postings on external job boards, newspapers, and other media outlets as well as internally.          
    • Coordinate and participate in career fairs, both internal and external recruitment events to successfully tap the talent market / labor pool.         
    • Coordinate with recruitment agencies/ headhunters as necessary.  


    • Bachelor's Degree         
    • Familiarity with targeted Selection Interviewing techniques         
    • Knowledge and/or familiarity with marketing, sourcing, advertising & recruitment trends
    • Demonstrated ability to handle and manage projects and execution of events 
    • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are required 
    • Must be internet savvy and experienced in mining online databases        
    • Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes and procedures 
    • Must be able to manage several tasks simultaneously, accept criticism and constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible 
    • Strong planning, organizational and coordination skills         
    • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
    • Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
