iCONNECT CONVERGENCE INC. (iCONN) is a customer service and relationship management consulting and outsourcing business powered by ABS-CBN Corporation to serve its customers and that of its subsidiaries and affiliates.

We provide technical and non-technical customer service and relationship management functions, such as but not limited to directory and information assistance, sales generation, order-taking, telecollection, cross-selling, up-selling, telemarketing for the purpose of promoting and advertising products and services, requests and inquiries handling, sales fulfilment and payment facilitation, whether for itself or for other parties.

    This position is responsible for attracting candidates and matching them with ICONN’s job vacancies. The Recruitment Specialist must build mutually beneficial relationships with clients/accounts and candidates, and work as part of the passionate team to maximize our commercial performance.
    • Develop recruitment marketing techniques and networking plans using different platforms, whether digital or non-digital in order to attract clients and meet the service level agreement with the client.
    • Advertise vacancies by drafting and placing advertisements in a range of media and available recruitment platforms.
    • Conducts recruitment calibration in partnership with the client and HR Accounts to ensure job match.
    • Conducts initial assessment (i.e. resume screening, initial interview, test administration) to generated recruitment leads; Receive and review applications, and create a shortlist of candidates for the client.
    • Create a profile summary for each candidate that will be endorsed to client.
    • Get in touch with the candidate to inform him/her about the recruitment journey and give update/s on the status of his/her application.
    • Update the recruitment database of ICONN from time to time.
    • Ensure completeness of pre-employment requirements.
    • Conduct job offer to Individual Contributor level hires.
    • Perform other functions which may be assigned by the Immediate Superior from time to time.


    • College Graduate
    • With at least 1 year experience working in HR Department
    • With experience in Recruitment
    • Proficient in MS Office Applications – MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint
    • Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
    • Must be open to a 6-month project-based employment
