RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is responsible for attracting candidates and matching them with ICONN’s job vacancies. The Recruitment Specialist must build mutually beneficial relationships with clients/accounts and candidates, and work as part of the passionate team to maximize our commercial performance.
- Develop recruitment marketing techniques and networking plans using different platforms, whether digital or non-digital in order to attract clients and meet the service level agreement with the client.
- Advertise vacancies by drafting and placing advertisements in a range of media and available recruitment platforms.
- Conducts recruitment calibration in partnership with the client and HR Accounts to ensure job match.
- Conducts initial assessment (i.e. resume screening, initial interview, test administration) to generated recruitment leads; Receive and review applications, and create a shortlist of candidates for the client.
- Create a profile summary for each candidate that will be endorsed to client.
- Get in touch with the candidate to inform him/her about the recruitment journey and give update/s on the status of his/her application.
- Update the recruitment database of ICONN from time to time.
- Ensure completeness of pre-employment requirements.
- Conduct job offer to Individual Contributor level hires.
- Perform other functions which may be assigned by the Immediate Superior from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS
- College Graduate
- With at least 1 year experience working in HR Department
- With experience in Recruitment
- Proficient in MS Office Applications – MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint
- Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
- Must be open to a 6-month project-based employment
