BUSINESS SUMMARY

ABS-CBN Shared Service Center Pte. Ltd. (SSC) is a captive service provider for ABS-CBN Corporation and its local, regional and global subsidiaries. The parent company of SSC is ABS-CBN Corporation.

SSC is primarily engaged in providing support services for Finance and Accounting, IT, HR, and Order Management and Fulfillment. The service center is a foreign company duly organized and incorporated under the laws of Singapore with a branch located at Eugenio Lopez Jr. Communications Center (ELJCC), Eugenio Lopez Drive, Quezon City.

The facility at ELJCC has about 300 employees and has been operational since September 1, 2009. The company is expected to significantly increase its headcount over the next five years with the impending service expansion.

SSC is mainly interested in sharing best practices at IBPAP given the company's unique background in the Broadcasting Industry. The company is looking forward to get in touch with other shared service organizations to benchmark on processes, systems and service expansion strategies. The center is on its journey from a developing organization to a mature captive shared services catering not only to ABS-CBN companies but also to its affiliates in the Lopez Conglomerate.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    The Reports Analyst is primarily responsible for generating reports on team performance monitoring and management, which includes:

    • Full coordination with IS, SSC Recruitment Team and Corporate Recruitment Team
    • Daily updates on the recruitment tracker
    • Design and develop reports and analyses to drive key business decisions
    • Prepare, integrate and consolidate all reports for the team and clients (monthly/meekly vacancies, ageing, OJT, referral, productivity, etc.)
    • Provide operational analysis that will aid recruiters, clients and management in addressing operational concerns that will affect the TAT.
      • Standard and ad hoc recruitment reports
      • Where are the hiring bottlenecks?
      • Which hiring managers need help?
      • Which positions need urgent attention?
      • Which are your bests sources of hires?
      • Time to start: Duration from ad to onboarding
      • Effectiveness ratio: How many openings you have versus how many you're filling?
      • Sourcing, quality of hires
    • Administer recruitment tests and generate results

REQUIREMENTS

    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/College Degree in Psychology, Statistics, Research, Social Sciences or any equivalent/related courses;
    • Has at least a year of experience in reports generation and analysis (Excel, Macro, etc.);
    • Has good oral and written communication skills;
    • Can work effectively with minimal supervision;
    • Must be keen to details and a proactive self-starter;
    • Must be open to work in Quezon City
