    Deliver day-to-day client servicing and provide support in the design, implementation, data analysis, and reporting of qualitative and quantitative findings and recommendations from market research studies enabling the Customer Business Development Group to deliver innovative market research solutions that contribute to the improved business of ABS-CBN's various business units.
    • Directly work with nominated internal and external clients in understanding the client's business issues and challenges.
    • Provide support to clients with their required market-research related business performance monitoring and tracking reports.
    • Communicate current and evolving client needs to appropriate members of the customer business development group.
    • Plan and organize data collection design and methodology, timeliness of deliverables, and ensure efficient costing for specific projects that will address needs and issues.
    • Plan, organize, and work with data processing associate in setting data processing deliverables and expectations for specific projects.
    • Interface with external suppliers/subcontractors and provide feedback on deliverables and identify opportunites for improving service level agreements as well as agree on work process improvements.
    • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date knowledge on research techniques and applications.
    • Formulate research plan that will address the client's or senior management's business issues, needs, and acquire sign-off from immediate manager prior to presenting to client.
    • Conduct in-depth data analyses using traditional and advanced methodologies that will generate in-real-time insights and business alerts impacting client's business, content and programming performance.
    • Prepare presentation materials and communicate or present research findings to client and appropriate business leaders, answering questions and instilling confidence in the integrity of research and relevance of insights and recommendations.
    • Perform quality checks on all reports submitted to client's for alignment (i.e., ensuring that it addresses client's issues/needs), accuracy and correctness.


    • Candidates must be a graduate of BS Statistics/Mathematics/Economics or Social Sciences 
    • Fresh Graduate or 1 to 2 years of market/consumer/media research work experience.
    • Entry knowledge of statistics, quantitative and qualitative research
    • Should be proficient in MS Office Applications
    • Must be willing to work on long hours
    • With excellent communication skills
    • Willing to work in Quezon City
