These are in child care and protection, education, environment, disaster management and community development. It is the public service arm of ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corporation, one of Asia's biggest media conglomerates. It draws on the relationship to tap into the creativity and reach of media for its various programs.

    Primarily responsible for providing support to the Resource Mobilization team in terms of client servicing, research, performance tracking & reporting, administrative, and logistical support.


    1. Client/Donor Servicing
      1. Receives and processes emails or official communication from donors and clients sent thru the ABS-CBN Foundation email or Bantay Bata Hotline, or other channels
      2. Responds/manages communication for simple donor queries based on set parameters and guidelines
      3. Endorses complex client / donor concerns to ResMob Officer, Manager, or Head – based on arrangements with the Department Head
    2. Research
      1. Conducts research to help the Resource Mobilization team on new trends, risks, and other useful data in the development sector
    3. Data Management & Analysis
      1. Keeps track, encodes/records, and/or safekeeps documents such as Memorandum of Agreement, Service Level Agreement, Deed of Donation, Certificate of Donation, among others
      2. Collects data on donations and collections vs targets and prepares regular/periodic reports to assist the Head in monitoring team performance and analyzing trends
      3. Maintains the donor database by coordination with the ResMob staff members to consolidate and ensure completeness of data
    4. Administrative & Logistics Support
    5. Conducts administrative support for the team such as:
      1. Preparation of team attendance summary
      2. Managing the revolving fund for petty cash requests
      3. Timely and accurate Liquidation of expenses
      4. Requests for Cash Advances and Requests for Payments
      5. Manages the inventory of the team’s supplies and requests its replenishment or purchase accordingly
      6. Requesting messengerial services
      7. Cascades announcements to team such as changes in policy/SOPs/practices
    6. Handles the logistical coordination for the team/department:
      1. Take care of logistical arrangements for official travels/trips of the ResMob team such as vehicle requests and coordination with Travel Desk for airline and hotel booking
      2. Assists the ResMob team/account officer in charge for venue research and arrangements for events, as necessary
    7. Policy/Systems Administration/Compliance
      1. Implement systems/procedures for the improvement of task delivery related to specific areas of responsibility
      2. Adhere to ALKFI’s Vision-Mission-Values and comply with ALKFI/HRD policies and systems
    8. Others
      1. Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the Department/Unit Heads.


      • Basic fundraising, marketing, and sales principles
    1. EXPERIENCE/Educational Attainment Required
      • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Development Communications, etc.
      • At least two years of relevant work experience

      • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word
      • Proficient in written and verbal communication
