    • Guard Force Management Unit (GFMU):
      • Implement the following:
        • Security Instruction and Procedures for the individual guard posts;
        • Guard Posts with that of the respective manning relative to attendant security risks, and amend as necessary and required.
        • Technical Proficiency and Customer Relations Training, as well as other required training, prior to or during deployment.
      • Ensure compliance of the Security Agency with the contract SLA and government regulatory requirements:
        • Deployment of licensed Security Guards and Head Guards for detail at company premises.
        • Monitor security personnel and respective manning to ensure that only pre-qualified personnel are posted.
        • Compliance to the KPI’s Performance Levels.
        • Initiate relief / replacement of errant and underperforming security personnel.
      • Conduct routine and shakedown inspections of guards and their respective prescribed individual equipment.
      • Conduct periodic inspection relative to the operational readiness of the security agency equipment stationed at company premises, e.g. firearms, radios, flashlights, vehicle (if any).
      • Implement Security Emergency Response Protocols and Standard Operating Procedures if activated.
    • Customer Relations Management Unit (CRMU):
      • Oversees the Customer Relations Agents (CRAs) to ensure the delivery of quality services to employees, guests and visitors.
      • Conducts due diligence in ensuring all guests & visitors are properly identified/screened
    • Perform other related duties as directed by the Head, SS; the Head, SMD or the Head, CSSD.


    • Bachelor’s Degree is required.
    • At least five (5) years progressive career in the Military or Law Enforcement Field or Security Management Field, the last three (3) of which must be in a responsible charged position.
