Prior to the shutdown of its broadcast operations in 2020, ABS-CBN was the largest television network in the Philippines. As a radio broadcast company, it operated 22 radio stations including anchor radio stations in Mega Manila, DZMM and DWRR, in the AM and FM bands, respectively.

    Position Summary   
    Responsible for helping with the maintenance and administration of ABS-CBN owned and leased properties and facilities. He/she will also be executing activities related to the day-to-day operations of maintaining the Soundstage buildings and complexes, including tenant relations, maintenance and repair, security, engineering, and other related tasks (operation of HVAC system, electrical power station/substation system, generator sets, transformers, etc.)   
    Major Duties and Responsibilities   
    1. Assumes engineering lead function for the 2nd Shift or in the absence of the PM Engineer 
    2. Monitor, document and maintain records of all operation and maintenance activities. 
    3. Ensure readiness of all equipment to suit operational requirements. 
    4. Coordinate with consultants, end users and contractors regarding construction, operations and maintenance activities. 
    5. Recommends issuances of work orders, job orders and material/ spare requisitions. 
    6. Prepare and submit daily equipment reports, billings and meter readings for locators, and monthly operations and maintenance reports. 
    7. Implements operational plans, strategies and priorities on a regular basis 
    8. Coordinate with outsource contractors for daily task, duties and work to be done. 
    9. Implement and monitor Preventive Maintenance Program thru outsource contractors. 
    10. Monitor and implement all code required for in Mechanical Engineering Law of the Philippines, Fire Code of the Philippines, Building Code of the Philippines, etc. 
    11. Other duties related to Engineering as assigned by management 
    12. Coordinate with utility providers on billings, repairs and other necessary permits/documents 
    13. Coordinate with the government agencies and LGU for any permits and coordination needed at the site  14. Ensure safety and disaster preparedness of the facility


    Must be a licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
    With 3-5 years experience in preventive maintenance and/or facilities management in residential or commercial properties
    Relevant experience in the operations and maintenance of building/facility equipment including generators, electric controls, airconditioning systems, pumps, etc
    Relevant supervisory experience
    Asset management experience
    Willing to be flexible in terms of working hours
    Must be willing to report onsite (Horizon IT Park, San Jose del Monte, Bulacan)
