The company delivers television programming outside of the Philippines to over 3 million viewers in North America, the Middle East, Europe, Japan, Australia, Canada, and other countries in Asia, through the internet and the Company’s global distribution platform, TFC, using DTH satellite service, cable television channels, IPTV, mobile applications and video streaming services. Its offerings are further complemented by subsidiaries focused on other multimedia services such as film production, music recording, telecommunications, and magazine and book publishing. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

    The Social Media Specialist must have vast knowledge of different social media platforms & knows how users interact with social media. He/she knows the latest trends in the social media space before anyone else does and should closely follow trends related to how consumers are accessing information to effectively identify revenue growth opportunities for the business.

    A problem solver and out of the box thinker with excellent communication and analytical skills who can reach specific target markets and business goals.

REQUIREMENTS

    • Possess a Bachelor's degree in a job related field such as Communications, Business Administration, Marketing or Digital Advertising with 2 or more years of industry experience.
    • Must have hands on experience of at least 2 years in handling social media campaigns. 
    • Strong passion for and knowledge of different social media platforms.
    • Strong familiarity with digital metrics.
    • Strong understanding of consumer behavior in the social landscape.
    • Should be able to identify business development priorities. 
    • Ability to understand challenges from both business and customer perspective. 
    • Good analytical and problem solving skills. 
    • Ability to thrive in a fluid and entrepreneurial environment.
