    • Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy across different LOBs
    • Craft a communication plan for various campaigns and projects
    • Create social media playbooks to be used as a guide for different accounts
    • Cascade social media best practices to community managers and other key people in the company
    • Stay up to date with social media best practices, technologies and trends and run trainings for these
    • Point of contact for all social media troubleshooting and other related issues
    • Work in a multidisciplinary team to brainstorm on unique and effective social media executions.
    • Work closely with different LOB representative (internal or external) to understand, develop and deliver output as per client request
    • Synergize with the different social media managers across different LOBs
    • Regularly monitor ABS-CBN’s various social media accounts to assure that they adhere to objectives set for them
    • Work closely with social listening and analytics teams to support the social media strategy
    • Foster a good working relationship with current and potential partners, suppliers and other external stakeholders 


    • Must possess a bachelor’s degree in a job-related field such as Marketing, Advertising, Digital, Communications, and Business, preferably with exceptional class standing from a highly reputable school
    • 1-3 years’ experience in the digital media landscape, specializing in social media
    • Entertainment industry experience is a plus
    • Excellent knowledge in all social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook. Twitter and Instagram and is a frequent user of these platforms
    • Digitally innovative and has a good understanding of social media metrics and analytics
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc.)
    • Thinks critically with great problem solving and decision-making skills
    • Needs to have outstanding multitasking skills
    • Must be confident to present to different stakeholders in the company
    • Adaptable to the working environment, and can work with different levels of the organization
    • Must be fluent in both English and Tagalog, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
