POSITION SUMMARY
The Solutions Delivery Manager is a technology professional that helps the organization's agility to achieve customer's delight by delivering high quality solutions through adoption of Agile principles and practices. He/She should be able to assess the agile maturity of the organization and coach them to achieve higher levels of maturity at sustainable phase. The Solutions Delivery Manager should provide the leadership and interventions required to allow the delivery squads to focus on what needs to be accomplished.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
• Program Management
• Overall delivery management of each project under his portfolio ensuring on time, on budget projects that meets coding standards and best practices for each platform
• Builds and manage project assets repo (project site, docs repo, trackers, etc.)
• Data analysis and recommendation to continuously improve delivery performance
• Risk management and issue resolution and mitigation
• Problem management (RCA and resolution)
• Process definition to promote quality, security and efficiency on all projects
• SLA definition (response and resolve)
• Project tools management
• Clear blockers for the SMEs to perform and deliver
• Post mortem and SWOT discussion every after each project
• Provide direct supervision and mentoring to project team members
• Agile Practice Expert
• Leads automation efforts as well as part of the DevSecOps and Test Engineering practices.
• Works with different practices / domain leads to ensure best value is delivered to our customers both internally and externally.
• Leading and coaching the organization in its Scrum adoption;
• Helping employees and stakeholders understand and enact Scrum and empirical product development.
• Causing change that increases the productivity of the Scrum Team; and,
• Working with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization.
