The Company has interests in content development and production, cable and satellite television services, merchandising and licensing, mobile and online multimedia services, glossy magazine publishing, video and audio post production, and overseas services, all of which complement and enhance ABS-CBN's strength in content production and distribution.


    • Will undertake responsibility for the following:
      • Brainstorming and conceptualization of campaign / promo / content ideas
      • Creating compelling copy for the following: approved digital campaigns, promos, social media content, lead to site efforts, TV plugs, AVPs, among others
      • Overseeing projects (copy deliverables), from start to finish
      • Working closely with art directors, project managers, and account managers to deliver requirements on time
      • Managing user-generated content, whenever required 
      • Crafting and proofreading of copy requirements
      • Presenting to internal and external clients
      • Ensuring quality of team’s output (grammar, spelling)
      • Ensuring messaging is clear and on-strategy in all copy
      • Perform additional functions assigned by immediate superior.


    • Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Creative Writing, or other related courses.
    • Must have at least 1-2 years of experience in advertising, digital marketing, content creation or copywriting. 
    • Able to create and sell digital campaigns to internal and external clients.
    • Has excellent command of English and Filipino (both written and verbal).
    • Has strong passion for and knowledge of technology and digital marketing.
    • Highly creative and strong in content development.
    • Able to thrive in a fluid and entrepreneurial environment.
    • Must have experience in launching and managing digital marketing promotions.
    • Good analytical and problem solving skills.  
    • Creative in producing concepts, campaign ideas, and social media content
    • Able to produce copy requirements quickly, without sacrificing quality
    • Able to plan content (content windowing or scheduling)
    • Able to “switch” from one brand persona to the next
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Strong writing/editing skills
    • Team player
