    The Strategic Market Research Execuitve or Strategic Account Specialist of Integrated News and Current Affairs (INCA) is tasked to conceptualize or recommend strategies as well as spearhead projects that target improvement in methods, processes, systems, and measures to boost audience and profitability performance of his/her assigned account. In order to do so, he/she must have an in-depth understanding of the business, proficiency in analysis, ability to strategize, and aptitude for dealing with different people.
    • Ensures News LOB strategic plans are developed, effectively implemented and evaluated based on agreed directions and aligned to company business plans.  
    • Analyze programs, platforms, products, and processes for INCA
    • Develop strategies and solutions for improvements and project launches
    • Conceptualize products / solutions for innovation
    • Develop guidelines for execution
    • Project management and implementation
    • Develop plans to drive revenue of INCA properties across ecosystems and platforms by collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and ISD.
    • Develop and sustain partnerships with institutions that can support INCA's business efficiency


    • Must have a relevant experience in Marketing, Business Development, Strategy, Research, or Product Management.
    • With understanding of research methodologies and analytical tools.
    • Must be able to interpret analysis and insights into actionable plans and interventions.
    • Must have superior organizational skills and ability to handle complex projects.
    • Must have superior communication skills and ability to make high level presentations.
    • Must be analytical and creative at the same time.
