Prior to the shutdown of its broadcast operations in 2020, ABS-CBN was the largest television network in the Philippines. As a radio broadcast company, it operated 22 radio stations including anchor radio stations in Mega Manila, DZMM and DWRR, in the AM and FM bands, respectively. 
The company delivers television programming outside of the Philippines to over 3 million viewers in North America, the Middle East, Europe, Japan, Australia, Canada, and other countries in Asia, through the internet and the Company’s global distribution platform, TFC, using DTH satellite service, cable television channels, IPTV, mobile applications and video streaming services. Its offerings are further complemented by subsidiaries focused on other multimedia services such as film production, music recording, telecommunications, and magazine and book publishing. 


    The Technical Business Analyst will be part of Digital Consumer Technology that handles different digital properties of ABS-CBN. The Technical Business Analyst liaise between the stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and create business and technical requirements.   
    • Coordinates with different internal and external teams to gather requirements and information 
    • Creates user stories, business and technical documentation such as API documentation and solutions document 
    • Prepares and conducts presentations, data gathering, and training to internal and external teams  
    • Works closely with stakeholders and development team 
    • Monitors and measures value of the released product features 
    • Conducts quality testing if needed   


    • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or any related field  
    • Minimum of 3 years working experience as a Technical Business Analyst 
    • Must have experience writing technical documentations including, but not limited to, user stories, use cases, data flow diagram, API documentation, and gap analysis 
    • Experience using UML for process and requirements documentation
    • Experience working as a Developer or Agile Tester is a plus  
    • Experience working at least 1 year in an Agile environment  
    • Experience working on digital projects and content management system is a plus
