    • Effectively manages the technical unit in capturing footages required by the script, director, and authorized production personnel (e.g., Executive Producer/Associate Producer, Segment Producer, or Assistant Director) in a remote taping.
    • Partner with production and creative leads in providing technical solutions to execute the creative treatment and production requirements of the shoot.
    • Take full accountability of his technical team members’ behavior and performance and ensure proper equipment care and operation at all times.
    • Submit production reports with accurate timekeeping details and performance of assigned crew; take note of technical and production problems encountered with corresponding recommendations and/or resolutions; ensure operational efficiency and continuous improvements based on these observations.
    • Provide technical direction in ensuring excellent overall audio and video quality of footages and ensure that broadcast quality standards are met.


    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Electronics Engineering, IT, Communication, Media or any relevant course.
    • With at least four (4) years experience in TV Production or broadcast system environment.
    • Knowledgeable in television systems standards, technical management, video systems operations, new media technology.
    • Able to identify and operate technical equipment necessary to broadcast quality program materials.
    • Willing to work long hours and to travel.
