RESPONSIBILITIES

    The Technology Operation Specialist is responsible for the development and optimization of the digital ad and operations technology stack of ABS-CBN, and executes the testing, development and enhancement of new and existing technology partners for ABS-CBN digital operations.

    • Executes the development, integration and optimization of the platforms under the digital service operations and reporting tools
    • Executes the  testing of ad network and technologies, and digital operations platforms
    • Develops solutions that meets the strategies that balances UI/UX and revenue targets
    • Executes best practices for new digital properties to maintain high viewability of digital ad inventories
    • Work together with Head, Technology Operations in identifying and resolving issues that affects the ads and digital operations performance
    • Executes the creation and innovation of ads inventory monetization strategy for ABS-CBN properties
    • Maintain the operability of all ABS-CBN digital operations platforms

REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university
    • At least 1 years of experience in Software and Web Development
    • At least 1 year of experience in Scrum and other agile methodologies
    • Knowledgeable in digital advertising ecosystem
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Must be able to collaborate well within a team environment as well as work independently 
    • Extremely detail-oriented and organized with a high level of commitment and follow through
    • Strong proficiency in utilizing office productivity tools (Google Office, Microsoft Office)
    • Ability to manage multiple projects in an fast-paced, ever changing environment
    • Excellent knowledge in Front End technologies (JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3)
    • Excellent knowledge in Development Frameworks (Angular, .NET, etc.)
    • Excellent knowledge in Back End technologies (Firebase, SQL Server, etc.)
    • Experience with REST APIs
    • Understanding basic digital concepts of content management systems, digital advertising, data management platform, web and mobile app development, etc.
