RESPONSIBILITIES

    EVENT MANAGEMENT

    • Leads in conceptualization and execution of trade events, corporate activities and initiatives that will enhance client relations (with context of Connections Planning)
    • Responsible for synergized executions of corporate initiatives and campaigns
    • Works closely with Customer Marketing, Consumer Marketing, Special Projects, CCM, Production, Events & Promo teams to ensure accurate implementation of project plans
    • Handle and manage budget
    • Negotiate and liase with suppliers/vendors
    • Provide sales with the opportunity to translate trust to investment
    • Establish and oversee logistical and administrative support with team
    • Collaborate with various LOBs
    • Manage branding, communication and promotions necessary for the event
    • Check event performance/metrics
    • Handle post event report

    TRADE COMMUNICATIONS

    • Provides trade communication support to Sales to continuously promote platform properties and push revenue. This includes Go-to-Market plans, program and ratings e-flyers, program grids, printed flyers, media kits, trade drop offs and other trade materials as required by platform, channel or program campaign
    • Responsible for leading deployment of GTMs to Sales, clearing GTM content with programs and/or platform heads and with Audience Marketing as necessary
    • Looks for new business opportunities* by identifying key touch points relevant to platform/ account. Provides advertising support for new markets, including but not limited to brochures, program profiles, flyers, video materials and other sales tools.

    ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

    • Takes the lead for coordination and logistical arrangements with internal and external clients for project deliverables and executions, including and not limited to attending Mancoms, Leadcoms, monthly Sales meetings
    • Responsible for day-to-day interface with account assignments to service individual platform needs
    • Oversees corporate trade marketing calendars of accounts serviced
    • Oversees and manages corporate trade budget of assigned accounts, including but not limited to bidding and outsourcing suppliers
    • Takes the responsibility for presenting and securing approval of projects and trade communication plans

REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Management, Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising or relevant field is preferred
    • Strong customer service, communication, marketing and event management skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office and various event software
    • Knowledge of internal SOPs as required by daily tasks – CSR filing, RMS, PR, sourcing of trade drop offs, bidding procedures, procurement requests, conceptualization for various projects – trade events, Discovery Days, media kits etc, coordination with creatives on AVP production and all trade tools
    • Experience in managing VVIPs, top level executives, A-listers, celebrities, etc.
    • Effective deployment skills and time management skills
    • Has a clear grasp of trade functions that can aid sales in meeting objectives or filling gaps always with a view to providing necessary support to meet targets
    • Can interpret ratings and communicate this to clients
    • Can innovate on standard trade tools
    • Experience in problem solving and risk/ conflict management
    • Experience in integrating social media/ digital in event concepts (planning and execution)
    • Strong customer service, communication, marketing and event management skills
    • Portfolio of successful events- mid and large scale and network with industry professionals
