RESPONSIBILITIES
The Training Officer helps with the on-going, long term improvement of employees’ skills, enabling them to fulfil their potential within the organization. Training Officers are strategic in terms of assessing the competencies of the employees and determining what training is needed to fill the competency gaps of the employees.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree with at least 1 year work experience in customer service industry
- Familiar with MS Office Applications – MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint
- Professional demeanor, dependable, and able to maintain confidential information
- Must be able to effectively communicate with agents, internal departments, clients, and management
- Flexible, detailed, and able to successfully adapt to change
- Ability to work independently
