    Position Summary:
                    The Training Specialist assists in the planning and implementation of training programs and workshops in a way that increases efficiency and productivity of employees. A Training Specialist assists and contributes in the formulation of the organizational training strategy. He/she helps develop, facilitate and implement training programs to continuously improve employees soft and hard skills. He/ she assesses conducts the training need assessment of the business, helps implement training and development plants that contribute to the achievement of business objectives.
    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis and consultation with line managers
    • Recommend and assist in the overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations
    • Prepare and deliver training courses
    • Assist in preparing and managing the training budget
    • Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
    • Develop a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
    • Help develop and implement training KPIs
    • Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically
    • Prepare and present reports on training program KPIs
    • Other tasks that may be assigned to help grow the business


    • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or Management
    • At least 2 years previous work related experience as a Training Specialist; preferably in the telco, IT or digital payments
    • Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of database software
    • Track record in designing and executing successful training programs especially in the IT and digital payment/ e-wallet industry
    • Good grasp of traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc.)
    • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
    • Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
    • Good computer and database skills
    • Good decision making and organizational skills
    • Very good interpersonal and communication skills
