Prior to the shutdown of its broadcast operations in 2020, ABS-CBN was the largest television network in the Philippines. As a radio broadcast company, it operated 22 radio stations including anchor radio stations in Mega Manila, DZMM and DWRR, in the AM and FM bands, respectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Transmission Support Engineer performs the maintenance activities, level 2 restoration, and technical testing of TOC and transmission systems in ABS-CBN analog and DTT sites and ancillaries.
- Responsible for maintaining and set procedures for all transmissions, TOC, and electrical and mechanical concerns in regional TOC and transmitter sites
- Implements maintenance activities as assigned and planned – DTT Tx, site and ancillaries, Analog TX ancillaries
- Works closely with the Regional Field Support Engineers in the maintenance upkeep of Regional TOC Systems
- Accountable for the on-site actions and reports concerning environmental compliance
- Prepares needed documents prior and after every deployment
- Prepares and submits Technical Reports for every maintenance activity, preventive or corrective/restoration
- Ensures every maintenance activity is within the ABS-CBN standards and workmanship
- Acts as SME in terms of technical assessment, integration, testing, and upgrading, and commissioning of systems and provides recommendations based on field observations
- Performs any other related duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time
REQUIREMENTS
- Licensed Electrical Engineer or Electromechanical Engineer
- Minimum of 2 – 3 years experience as maintenance engineer
- 1-2 years work experience in broadcasting or related industries a plus
