The newest venture of ABS-CBN is Play Innovations, Inc., a subsidiary formed in 2012. Its mission is to provide Filipino children with exceptional role-playing experience in KidZania Manila, an educational theme park that opened its doors in 2015.

It’s a play city built to scale for children – complete with paved streets, transport system, and a functioning economy. In KidZania, children can explore their interests, gifts, and talents and learn through over a hundred fun and immersive role-playing activities.

Children can become policemen or train to be firefighters, probably the most popular activity at any of the different KidZania parks worldwide. They can learn to cook their favorite food at several restaurants equipped with real kitchens. Future broadcasters can discover what it takes to bring the world the news in an ABS-CBN mini studio. Future doctors and nurses learn hands-on what to do in a hospital emergency room when a life-size doll patient goes into cardiac arrest.

    Job Description

    Will welcome the visitors of the play city and assist them in the entry and exit procedure

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform the ticket sales and inform visitors of park activities
    • Receive and attend to visitors taking the pertinent actions for the fast entry and exit of the different types of customer in compliance with the pre-established service standards
    • Receive school visitors, as well as follow the bus reception logistics for the agile and safe boarding and disembarking of visitors
    • Put on a bracelet on every visitor entering the park and verify no visitor exits without going through the corresponding security procedure so as not to endanger anyone
    • Maintain queue order to the end of providing each person with good service and attention
    • Participate in night-time events when needed
    • Provide attention to visitors who need information, to lodge a complaint or to make a suggestion
    • Provide information on the safekeeping of personal objects and placement of bracelet message on locker usage (baggage counter not under E&E)
    • Maintain the work equipment clean and functioning correctly
    • Verify raw and needed material for window operation daily (magnets, bracelets, etc.)
    • Ensure the safekeeping of the equipment and area elements at the end of daily activities
    • Participate in out of the office/out of town sales blitz.
    • Secure and handle cash float and daily sales during sales blitz.

    Work Schedule:

    5 days per week

    Call time can be as early as 6AM (depends on schedule of The City). Candidates should be flexible.


    Minimum Qualifications

    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College DegreeAirline Operation/Airport Management, Tourism or equivalent

    • At least one (1) year of relevant work experience is required for this position (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply)

    • Good people and communication skills, excellent customer service and passion for kids

    • Must be willing to work in BGC, Taguig City

    • Must be willing to work on weekends and holidays


    • Fixed Term Contract (September 2019 – Feb 29, 2020)
