Three ABS-CBN Global/The Filipino Channel (TFC) entries and one Star Music entry used for TFC' 20th year celebration were chosen as finalists at the prestigious 37th Catholic Mass Media Awards (CMMA) which recognizes outstanding works in the fields of print, radio, film and television.

Established in 1978, the CMMA aims to instill a sense of responsibility among communicators. This Philippine-based award-giving body pays tribute to media products that enhance the human development of the Filipino audience through competent and professional use of media techniques.

The ABS-CBN Global entries that have reached the finals are:• Best Secular Song Ipagpatuloy Mo, Galing ng Filipino (Star Music)
• Best TV AD (Public Service) The Journey of Motherhood (Tara Macaraeg/ABS-CBN Global)
• Best Public Service Program TFC Connect (AJ Poncio/ABS-CBN Global/TFC)
