Tomas (Albert Martinez) uses Cardo (Coco Martin) to stop Philip’ (Richard Yap) plans in transitioning from child to drug trafficking in “FPJ’ Ang Probinsyano.” An informant from Tomas’ camp tells Cardo about a truck containing candy-formed drugs. As Cardo investigates the truck’ load, Onyok, thinking that the packages contain sweet candies, rides the truck.
