ABS-CBN was recognized as the Top Performing Recruitment Team by Kalibrr - the technology company that is behind one of the top emerging job portals in the Philippines - during the Kalibrr Client Appreciation Night recently at Kickstart Ventures, Paseo de Roxas, Makati City.

The ABSCBN Recruitment Team was awarded based on metrics such as platform usage (recruiter activity), output (e.g. : candidate engagement, candidate success) and vendor-user collaboration versus other Kalibrr clients.

“We are quite humbled by the award since it recognizes the year-round efforts of the entire recruitment team," said Paulo Tatad, ABS-CBN's head of recruitment marketing and sourcing during the awarding ceremony.

"It does provide extra motivation for the team in terms of continuous achievement of hitting recruitment service levels, and providing a better candidate experience for future applicants,” he added.
