The Filipino Channel (TFC) continues to elevate Filipinos’ viewing experience in the Qatar as it brings the Philippines’ biggest movies via Mozaic TV’ Movies on Demand (MOD) service starting February.
Starting February 1, TFC Movies On Demand (TFC MOD) will give Filipinos in Qatar who are subscribers of Mozaic TV the power of choice as it makes premium films available for their enjoyment, at their own time. For the opening salvo, kabayans can enjoy Star Cinema offerings and 2014 Metro Manila Film Festival top-grossers “The Amazing Praybeyt Benjamin†and “Feng Shui 2â€.
“The Amazing Praybeyt Benjamin,†a story about a soldier on the soft side given the ‘hard task’ of looking out for a general’ spoiled brat of a son, is top billed by Unkabogable (Phenomenal Star) Vice Ganda. “Feng Shui 2,†a story about the mysterious forces behind a bagwa or a trigram which initially brings good luck to bearers, is top billed byMulti-media Star Kris Aquino and multi-awarded actor Coco Martin. Both films grossed a combined box office record of Php 640 million in the 2014 MMFF, beating last year’ earnings of Php 618.8 million from the same movie outfit.Since 2011, TFC has been bringing Pay Per View content to Mozaic TV through its partnership with Ooredoo, including movies.
This February, TFC MOD via Mozaic TV makes the experience more amazing or enjoyable forPinoys as they can now choose premium movies and watch them, pause to a scene they missed, forward to the next or even rewind from the beginning. For an affordable QAR 25 for premium titles and QAR 15 for non-premium titles, Filipino subscribers can watch the movies over and over again for 48 hours.
