Description

POSITION SUMMARY

The Specialist, Content Marketing supports the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for ABS-CBN’s OTT platform (iWant), YouTube and Facebook Originals. This role helps drive awareness, discoverability, and engagement for digital content by coordinating campaign rollouts, assisting with creative needs, and monitoring performance. The position requires a strong grasp of digital and social trends, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver campaigns that connect with audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Assist in developing title-specific marketing plans under the guidance of the Manager, Marketing.
  • Support research on content trends, platform algorithms, and audience behavior to inform campaign strategies.
  • Help identify key audience segments and propose messaging or placements to reach them.

Campaign Execution

  • Coordinate campaign tasks such as drafting briefs, creating content calendars, implementing digital and on-ground promos, and tracking deliverables.
  • Support the rollout of digital marketing materials across OTT, YouTube, Facebook, and other channels.
  • Liaise with creative, social, publishing, and production teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor live campaigns, flag issues, and gather learnings for post-mortem reviews.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on campaign objectives and timelines.
  • Assist in collecting and organizing campaign performance data with analytics teams.
  • Provide regular updates to the Content Marketing Lead/Manager on progress and results.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media or other related fields.
  • 1 year of experience in digital marketing, preferably in content, entertainment, or media industries but fresh grads are welcome to apply
  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage marketing projects from initial concept through execution, follow-up, administrative completion, and billing coordination.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, especially OTT, YouTube, and social media.
  • Creative and proactive; able to suggest fresh ideas while executing assigned tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills; comfortable managing multiple timelines and deliverables.
  • Basic familiarity with analytics tools and using data to evaluate campaign performance.
  • Good communication and coordination skills; enjoys collaborating with different teams.
  • Knowledge of Filipino pop culture and entertainment trends is a plus.
