POSITION SUMMARY
The Content Management Specialist shall create, manage and oversee implementation of the programming design for the assigned linear channels across platforms based on overall content strategy and direction set for the assigned brands and the channels, content inventory and resources, performance and viewing data, user behavior, and the product roadmap of the brand. The Content Management Specialist shall also oversee the operational requirements for content publishing on the channels’ digital channels, like Youtube and social media.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Design
- Develop the initial content design for the assigned channels, in consideration of its target audience and inventory of available content, subject to final approval.
- Provide the necessary support in driving the effectiveness of strategies, content design, and content creation based on data and analytics, and adjust the content design according to behavior and preference of the users.
- Align with the Creative Services team, Marketing, and various functions and LOBs, to implement content marketing campaigns.
Content Management
- Orchestrate correct and prompt implementation of the channels’ linear programming design, aligned with its business and overall content strategies.
- Ensure rights for carriage of all content placed on the linear feed.
- Coordinate with the Content Rights Management Specialist on content license rights
- Participate in all content-related alignment meetings as determined by the Content Programming Head
- Lead programming discussions and seek approval of the weekly programming
- Regular correspondence with internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct the preliminary preview and review of original and/or acquired content in the various platforms

- Practice agility, as the business can shift direction, as necessary, especially when business opportunities arise.
- Maximize company resources to assure cost and operational efficiency.

- Able to come up with immediate solutions and adjustments during unforeseen incidents that require prompt changes in content design for the core brands.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum requirements:
- Must be a graduate of any four-year course, preferably Advertising or Mass Communication, Visual Communications, Advertising
- Must have experience on content creation, strategy and management.
- Must have an appreciation and should be in-the-know of the latest music, entertainment and digital trends, not limited to Filipino
Technical skills required:
- Must be computer literate
- Must have pleasing personality and good PR skills
- Must be willing to work extra hours
- Must be of good moral character
- Knowledge on digital trends and technology
- Knowledge on data analysis, preferred
- Knowledge on digital content curation and acquisition, preferred
Other skills required:
- Must have excellent communication and analytical skills
