RESPONSIBILITIES
The Specialist, Digital Marketing for Media Solutions is a key partner of Digital Sales in achieving its annual targets via marketing support, specifically creating Go-To-Market decks, custom proposals, and e-flyers, and addressing sales inquiries for assigned digital platforms. He/she ensures relevance of the platforms among advertisers (media agencies and brand teams) by developing platform expertise and possessing a deep understanding of the clients’ needs. He / she will work closely with internal teams to conceptualize, develop, and prepare advertiser proposals aimed at reaching sales targets.
Digital Marketing
- Creates and regularly updates platform and execution specific marketing tools to assist Sales Teams in selling key ad solutions to clients such as but not limited to:
- Go-To-Market decks – Extensive sales guide for standard and creative executions for advertisers per platform.
- E-flyers – Quick look at new titles and ad solutions per platform.
- Internal product bibles – Guides for new ad formats, especially technical ones.
- AVPs – Video materials that showcase case studies and key platform updates.
- Assists in mounting of events to promote platforms and/or executions to advertisers (i.e. internal and external trade events).
- Pioneering initiatives to help reach Sales targets in collaboration with Digital Revenue and Sales Strategy.
Sales Inquiry Management
- Addresses advertiser related questions and concerns regarding the platform’s ad solutions with the help of relevant teams.
- Supports in feasibility and costs requests.
Productization of new ad formats
- Leads creation and deployment of internal product bibles.
- Supports Branded Campaign Management Team (BCM) in operationalizing new ad formats by addressing their questions (e.g. SLAs, which teams to reach out to, etc).
Sales Strategy
- Supports Sales Strategy and Digital Revenue Team by providing package inclusions as well as inputs on pricing and packaging.
Topline Revenue Tracking
- Supports Business Owners by monitoring the potential and confirmed revenue vis a vis title investment.
Data & Analytics
- Supports Sales with top level data to address client’s questions
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or other related courses
- 2-3 years of work experience in digital marketing, especially social media marketing.
- Preferably with advertising agency background.
- Knowledgeable in digital strategy and creative work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, Google Suite, and other programs
- Must be a proactive and agile team player.
- Must be strategic, creative, and result oriented in coming up with solutions for various brand objectives.
- Eager to develop multi-platform proficiency to provide effective and holistic communication plans.
