JOB DESCRIPTION

The main responsibility of the Digital Content Producer is to create and produce videos, artwork and infographics that may be used for any of the platforms for the brand.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

1. Works with the Metro Team in the production of digital content from conceptualization, shooting, directing, and editing of materials (articles, photos, and videos).
2. Plays a key role in content acquisition: pitches ideas, participates in meetings, helps develop and maintain editorial calendar.
3. Interviews subjects, collates materials, and attends press conferences and events for the brand.
4. Submits output based on agreed deadline with the editorial team.
5. Attends shoots when required.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia or other related fields
2. 1+ year work experience as video editor, multimedia producer, or content creator
3. Has mastery in the use of Adobe Creative Apps such as Premiere, After Effects, Audition and the likes.
4. Can adapt writing, shooting and video editing style based on the target audience
5. Full understanding of file formats and technical specifications in audio-visual production: Screen resolutions, File formats, Web specs, Social media specs, etc.
6. Has excellent work ethics, able to multitask and can collaborate with a team with varying skill sets
7. Has excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills [Filipino & English]
8. Has knowledge in latest audio, video and lighting equipment
9. Ability to prioritize and organize work.
10. Collaborative and coachable
11. Willing to work extended hours
