Description
The Platform Marketing Specialist reports to the marketing head and platform. The Platform Specialist will be assigned to specific platforms. He/She is a key partner to the assigned platform in achieving brand and annual sales targets.
He/She is expected to be knowledgeable in its programs, its positioning, content, promotions and sales opportunities.
He/She will help ensure platform relevance to its target audience & target brands? by understanding the market, the platforms, his/her advertisers needs. Must be insightful, creative, strategic and result oriented in coming up with solutions for various brand objectives. Multi platform proficiency is also important in order to provide effective communication plans.
To help achieve brand and sales targets, he/she is responsible of creating strategic sales tools and high-value category /industry-specific opportunities that Sales will be using to sell the platform/s and its existing products and inventory to target advertisers. These will be in the form of informative and creative modular decks containing platform information and offerings that Sales can use in putting together customized proposals for clients.
He/she works closely with content heads and sales in the conceptualization, development and preparation of actual Advertiser proposals that should result in ‘winning the project or assignment.’
- Modular decks containing products from ABS-CBN’s platforms that Sales can put together for selling ?:
- Creation and updating of Playbook (extensive sales guide for standard and possible creative executions for selling to advertisers)
- Regular updating and sharing of platform’s market data as one important sales tool (Performance sizzlers, insight, opportunities)
- Platform roadshows for brand
- Creation and presentation of Go To Market presentations with Category Brand opps/Brand Opps per new program
- Key/Strategic Platform Partnership proposals (or customized campaigns)
