The Process Excellence Specialist will be responsible for the design, review, and documentation of existing policies and standard operating procedures, ensuring risk controls, process and cost efficiency, and excellent service delivery to clients.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operations review and as-is documentation of divisions and/or subsidiaries operations.
• Review and evaluation of existing business processes, policies, procedures, cost-capture mechanisms, tools to improve controls and efficiency of performance monitoring.
• Formulation and preparation of policies and procedures in relation to corporate goals and functional and/or departmental objectives.
• Design and documentation of to-be standard policies and procedures for cost generating areas in ABS-CBN and its subsidiaries.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Finance, Accountancy, or any Business-related course.
• Exposure in BPO, Finance and Shared Service Delivery organizations is preferred.
• Solid experience in business writing, facilitation, process design, review and documentation with proven high-quality output.
• Basic or advanced computer literacy on MS Office Applications, SAP and/or other ERP Application background exposure.
• Familiarity with service delivery processes, industry best practices and standards, and back-office functions such as Finance, HR, etc.
• Customer service orientation, decision-making, facilitation, motivating others, professionalism, time management, supervisory skills, career building, continuous improvement.
