Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Social Media Producer will oversee the conceptualization, production, and execution of social media content, strategy, and innovations for Feel Good Studios Meta accounts. Working closely with Community Managers, the producer will integrate campaigns and activations into the overall social media strategy. The role also includes optimization, monetization, and content publishing across various social media platforms.
Social Media Activation
- Manage social media content, guidelines, and best practices in alignment with overall LOB strategies.
- Lead end-to-end production and content creation for the Feel Good Studios Meta accounts
- Develop, implement, and integrate communication plans for all platforms.
Social Media Products & Innovations
- Create and upload content to achieve key objectives (Revenue, Engagement, Community Growth) for the Feel Good Studios Meta accounts.
- Collaborate with Digital and Entertainment Accounts, Community Managers, AdProm Teams, and Multimedia Producers to integrate campaigns, video productions, and activations into the social media content strategy.
- Manage day-to-day operations for Entertainment-managed social media accounts and their communities.
- Develop interactive and creative content to boost member participation and follower growth.
- Monitor social media activity and competitor content.
- Lead initiatives using community, social networking, and emerging technologies to increase community participation.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize content and social media properties to improve performance.
- Ensure compliance with Terms of Use, Conduct, and Privacy Policies.
- Perform user behavior analysis and suggest improvements to content and the page.
Social Media Optimization & Monetization
- Optimize content (written and video) for monetization across all our accounts
- Implement strategies for video monetization, leveraging insights from performance data.
- Track and report on social media traffic, views, and earnings.
- Coordinate branded campaigns with Entertainment Accounts, Sales, and Marketing teams.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in content creation: Text, photos, video, graphics, multimedia, and interactive content.
- Proficiency in photo and video editing, multimedia creation, and production.
- Ability to adapt voice and tone for different platforms and audiences.
- Excellent writing and editorial judgment, with proven skills in creating high-quality digital media.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest.
